Terms of Use

Last updated: 17 August 2026

These terms apply when you use Aithera, the desktop application, and this website. By using them, you accept what's written here. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Who we are

Aithera — [legal entity name], [registered address]. Contact: hola@aithera.tech.

What you get

Aithera is software you install and run on your own computer. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use it. You may not resell it, redistribute it, rent it out, or attempt to extract or reproduce how it works internally, except where the law expressly allows it regardless of this clause.

Beta software

Aithera is currently in private beta. That means it is still being built: features can change or disappear, and faults are expected. Don't rely on it as the only place where something important lives, and keep your own backups of anything you can't lose.

Your responsibility

Accounts

An account is optional. If you create one, keep your credentials to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has got hold of them. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms or to harm the service or other people.

Third-party services

When you connect an external account, that provider's own terms continue to apply to it. We are not responsible for the availability, changes or decisions of services we don't operate.

What we don't promise

Aithera is provided "as is". We do our best to make it stable and useful, but we don't guarantee that it will be free of faults, that it will always be available, or that it will fit a particular purpose you have in mind. Results produced with automated assistance should be reviewed before you act on them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from the use or the inability to use Aithera. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights you have as a consumer.

Intellectual property

Aithera, its name, its logo, its interface and its underlying software belong to us. What you produce using Aithera is yours, and we claim no rights over your content.

Changes and ending it

We may update these terms; if a change is significant we'll say so on this page and in the application. You can stop using Aithera whenever you like by uninstalling it and, if you have one, deleting your account.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of [jurisdiction], with the courts of [city] having jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights that apply to you as a consumer in your own country of residence.

Privacy

How we handle data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
